Addy collectors out there? ...question...

I have fallen in love with Addy's kite flying outfit. (I am hoping Addy will be my next doll!) But I wanted to ask about this outfit. Does it go with a particular book or story? I haven't read her books yet. I thought it was a short story outfit, but now I'm confused because it isn't listed on any page on the website, except her outfits page... [img]confused.gif[/img]

Also, does anyone have a picture of a doll wearing it or a review?

The outfit doesn't go with a story. It's just random like Kirsten's midsummer, Josefina's weaving, Sam's lawn party, Molly's Dude ranch and Kit's baseball outfits. It is a VERY lovely dress! It's lightweight and perfect for summer. It fits even a full figured West German Addy and I managed to squeeze her petticoat and hoop under it. It comes with a taffeta hair ribbon too.

I think Kit's baseball oufit goes with the short story Kit's Home Run, as does Josefina's Weaving Outfit. I forget what the name of that particular story is, but it does have a corresponding book.

Addy's kite flying outfit is adorable. I love her clothing! I got her Cape Island dress for Kit, but I had to give it to Isabel (#25).

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">They all came out at the same time with no corresponding books. Addy flies a kite in "High Hopes for Addy" but the dress that comes with it is the orange striped one.

You can buy Josefins'a weaving outfit with the Book "Thanks to Josefina" and she is wearing the weaving dress on the front cover. The Cape Island dress comes with a short story "Addy's Summer Place" too, but Kit's baseball outfit is not avilable with a short story (her treehouse outfit does have a story though).
